I have been offering my services to the community for the past 20 years as a Personal Trainer and Mobility Specialist. I support and encourage clients challenged with chronic illness, disabilities and pain, and help terminal clients to live strong and mobile, for as long as they can.
I’ve been a funeral celebrant for the past 5 years, guiding families through the funeral process, discussing options available, then creating a perfect send off for their loved one. I produce Memorial and Legacy videos, for funeral services and for loved ones to treasure in the future, as well as co-creating Living Funerals with clients wishing to celebrate their life with their loved ones before passing.
I enjoy running presentations and small group discussions to educate and encourage people to have conversations about death and dying, as we don’t know what we don’t know! To gain understanding around the importance of ACPs (Advanced Care Plans) while navigating the forms together, we discuss EPOAs (Enduring Power of Attorney) as part of a Will and encourage getting affairs in order sooner rather than later for “Peace of Mind”.
I’m comfortable to sit in silence, to hold space for important conversations or help you and your loved ones to find a path that feels right for you. Together we can physically, spiritually and emotionally create your perfect environment towards the end.
If you would like to have a conversation about the benefits of my services for your ‘Peace of Mind’ let’s connect.
