I chose this work because I have seen firsthand, in my role supporting family, how overwhelming it can be to navigate life-limiting illness. My mother, who was facing a life-limiting illness and died while living in a small town away from major services, required coordination, travel, and careful advocacy for every appointment, decision, and piece of paperwork. Later, I supported my father, who lived in another country, managing medical updates, legal processes, and care planning from a distance while navigating systems that were not always easy to understand or access remotely.

I chose this work after seeing how confusing and isolating end-of-life situations can be. I understand firsthand how challenging it is when you are trying to make the right choices. I also know the value of having someone neutral to talk to, who will listen and reflect without judgment.

I offer full End-of-Life Doula services and am guided by you, ensuring your choices and pace are respected. These services include listening and reflecting, care planning, navigating healthcare and support systems, managing documents and compliance, offering bedside or vigil support, and practical assistance after death.

Your first 30 minutes with me is free, giving us time to talk about your situation and the support you may need.
